Lindholmen Science Park AB, company organization number 556568-6366, (“Lindholmen Science Park”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is the host of AI Sweden and the provider of this job board (the “AI Sweden partner job board”) where you as a user (the “User”) can get information about available job openings connected to AI as well as receive recommendations about available job openings that fits the departments that you have registered that you are interested in (collectively referred to as “the Service”).

We process your first and last name, email address, and which types of departments that you have registered that you are interested in receiving information about.
We also process information about which links you click on in the AI Sweden partner job board.

We process your personal data as a User for the following purposes:
- to provide information about current job openings connected to AI,
- to connect the Users to the relevant websites for the respective job openings,
- to provide specific notices about new job openings to the Users in accordance with the departments that they have registered that they are interested in,
This processing is based upon that the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest to provide the Services of the AI Sweden partner job board to the User.
We process your personal data by sharing it to specific collaborational partners to AI Sweden that are participating in our talent programs. This processing is based upon that the processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interest to provide the Services of the AI Sweden partner job board to the User and to provide and manage our talent programs.

We collect the personal data directly from you when you sign up as a User and when you use the Services.

For how long period of time is your personal data stored?
We will process your personal data as long as you are Using the Services, or 24 months from the last time you were active on the AI Sweden partner job board.
